I am sure Shelley will have a good answer, but for now:

You can cut down on the ES, just try less per glass. You can adjust things to your body's needs.
Depending, if you have calcified stones, I would use the ES.
Also make sure that you do a colonic, colema or several enemas to clean the bowels from stray stones and toxins afterwards.
