Thanks so much for this information.

CalMagFizz? and Kinesiology? sorry I don't know.
Which should I start first;enema,cleanse or nutrition steps or all together will be fine?

I turned 38 last month. I to was a size 4 petite now a size 10p.
4'11 145lbs.

My test:

TSH 0.850 TSH 0.365 TSH 0.136 0.350-5.500

My doctor put me on Synthoid .50mcg. in 6/04. She told me I was actually overmedicated, after I wanted her to up my meds because things weren't getting better. I stopped taking them last week with no probloems.

I will check out your nutrition class.
