Some people have been using Oxypowder , with deceiving results.... from what I have read here at this forum. It seems like psyllium still works better than Oxypowder . This is as far as the colon is concerned.

As far as the entire metabolism is concerned.
As Abraham said, getting oxygen in your bloodstream and cells is what is at stake. And a very good way to do that is to exercise.
