I bought some Xylitol and tried it. Loved the taste and especially the texture (compared to Stevia). Interestingly, it did not like me - I had a bad reaction.

When I read the fine print, I believe it said Xylitol is made from corn. I have an intolerance to corn so that's probably the reason. Just thought I'd mention it in case there are other "corn intolerant" people out there.
