well honestly I do feel kinda out of it today and a little light headed. I don't know if this is something I should be worried about or if its just more of the detox symptoms. I don't have much cramping or aching in my tummy today so who knows what's going on in there. Right now I can't wait to go home and have a nap on the train and do some yoga when I get home. I'm gonna hang in there until tomorrow... taking it one day at a time right now!
