Well I will tell ya,
This is my 16th day of juice fasting. I tried The Master Cleanser for a couple days in between because I was getting tired of juicing. BIG MISTAKE to change. The lemon mixture didn't give me near the energy or stamina that the juices did. I think The Master Cleanser is a good program but I don't know how people can do it for like 30 days. It just doesn't support my needs at all. Everybody is different though.
