Thanks for the encouragement. That's one of the best things about this site. Hope your hanging in there too. It's day 9 today, and I'm feeling pretty good. My energy was starting to get a little low. But, that was because I wasn't drinking enough lemonaid. I'm going to have a colonic at the end of the cleanse since I haven't had a lot of bm's. Hopefully that will have a great inpact.
