As with so many, its good that you decided to take care of yourself. Nobody else will. And what a great way to rid your body of all the abuse you subjected it too.

My experience was it is much easier to do than you would think and the 10 days have passed quickly. As for juicing, use real lemons or limes for juice. Buy soft lemon and limes, they are the ones that have a lot of juice and are "ripe". They sell glass juicers cheaply, if you dont have one I suggest you invest 4-8 dollars for one. Strain the juice too.

The Grade B maple syrup satisfies the Sugar addiction, I have a sweet tooth too.
