Hang in there, they say real cleansing doesnt start till day 8. I did the salt water flush the first 2 days, senna tea the next 2 days and both today. The senna was giving me the nastiest cramps the first few days but not anymore. I had butt pee the first day and today, but really bad smelling sludge, the last three days.

You should try the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) and see if that changes things. Everyone is different. I imagine eveyones body has different levels of accumulation. As for me, I was juicing only for several days before I started the diet. I am also taking Agrisept(grapefruitseed and other citrus extract liquid) to kill parasites. I mix the drops it in with the Lemonade.

Also, and this is kind of gross, if you arent straining all the stuff coming out so you can see what is there, you probably would not see it in the toilet. Where else but the Master-Cleanse can one be this disgusting and wear it proudly?
