// This is my first time posting a picture. I'm not sure I did it right. The picture shows unidentified worms in my chest and shoulder area. They are on both sides and range in size from 1/2 an inch to 3 inches. They started off small and have grown over time. they are dense to the touch almost like they have a shell. Blood and stool tests all came back negative. I have no idea what kind of worms they are. I've had them for a couple years. They don't cause itching or pain. In the early stages my lymph nodes were swollen, accompanied by fatigue, pains in my lungs and heart area, and diarrhea. the fatigue was so bad I could barely walk.

I didn't know anything about parasites so I studied as much as I could. The first thing I did was eliminate all foods that feed parasites. My diet for the last ten months consists of about 10 avocados a day, spinach, 6-8 cloves of garlic a day, onion, fermented sauerkraut, and tad bit of strawberries and raspberries. I typically mix all of this into a salad and use apple cider vinegar as the dressing. I than sprinkle about a teaspoon of cayenne pepper on the salad along with some sea salt and pepper. I have not eaten anything else except this salad for ten months. I have lost 45 pounds of fat. I'm down to 7% body fat from 28% and weigh 145 pounds. I'm a 5'9" male. I started the diet with a 45 day juice cleanse in the beginning, but than stopped the juices because i was concerned they had too much sugar in them and were feeding parasites. During the first 45 days, I juiced all my vegetables at home. The juice blend consisted of carrots, beets, spinach, lemon, ginger, turmeric, and a green apple. This a similar juice blend they use to cure cancer patients at the Gerson clinic.

I'm also treating a fungus/candida/yeast overgrowth in the gut which is why i think I got the parasites to begin with. My diet used to consist of a lot of carbs and sugar in my younger days.†

I have not used any drugs to try to kill the worms, only diet and anti parasite herbs. Here is a list of herbs/supplements I'm taking.

Glutamine( to heal leaky guy)
Vitamin D3
vitamin K
Olive Leaf
B complex
Caprylic Acid
Adrenal support
Grapefruit Seed extract
vitamin C
Black Walnut

After ten months of this supplement program and my anti parasite diet, I'm almost symptom free. My fatigue is almost gone, and I don't experience any pain. However, some of the worms are still there, but they are much weaker. I think I have killed some as well, but i'm having trouble getting all of them. I want to return to eating some other foods like Chicken, Salmon, etc, but I'm afraid I will start to feed them if I do that and all my progress will be lost.

I'm considering rubbing essential oils on the area where they are, but i'm concerned they will start to move if I do that. I know some people have had success doing this. Not sure what my next steps should be. †I don't know a lot about this stuff, but i'm doing my best. Any suggestions on what I should do next would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to ask me any questions about my anti parasite diet. It has helped me a lot.†
