Yes they are the same. People recently are reporting not so good results with humaworm.
I would try the Dr. Clark combo like you mentioned but also just cloves too. Wormwood can give some people problems. Black-Walnut imo is way over rated.
Common spices / foods that can work better are raw garlic, medium to high dose cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper, asafoetida, cumin, fennel, ginger, fresh pineapple juice, fresh papayas, unripe mangoes, pumpkin seeds. Then there is a whole world of prescription meds and otc pet/fish meds. Cinnamon is really potent if taken in multi tablespoon doses (with fruit juice).
What's your blood type? O's are more susceptible to H Pylori than other types.
Try the Blood Type Diet for a short while.
