Congratulations on completing 40 days of water fast. I would go day by day here, on any signs of hunger or discomfort break the fast. Plan to break the fast with diluted freshly squeezed organic orange juice.

I think beyond 40 days, your body will start eating your muscle. So take care in going forward with the fast.
