Pyrantel pamoate=reese's pinworm medicine is good. Papaya seeds are also good however i would take it together with a form of piperazine as papaya seeds can make them migrate out of the intestines. Piperazines paralyse roundworms partially or at least slows them down. I am not sure if it works on flatworms though.
