That was really interesting!! Had no idea that vitamin A could be connected to all of this! I'll order some cod liver oil and add that in. Never tried cod liver oil so this will be interesting haha

It was mentioned in one of the links that Green Pasture was a reputable brand, do you know of this brand? Also, I'm confused with how much Vitamin E and K I should be having alongside the Vitamin A, do you know the ratio?
