Are you making sure that you don't eat any food and only drink water the first 4 hours prior to the epsom salts?
On the day of the flush, you should only be eating foods that have no protein or fat.
Parasites can cause issues too and this is why the parasite cleanse is normally recommended the first week prior to the flush.
