Do you call flushes extreme because they have a strong purgative effect?

I have been really sick for the last two months - having pain and stiffness in my eyes and a staring gaze that makes social relations difficult. This is probably an effect of the flushes which I did in December and then in February, 3 of them in total. They have probably let to an accumulation of toxins in the head area.

Could you suggest what to do? I am trying everything now. I did some colonics and now plan to continue my flushes with colonics, instead of just enemas as before. The 4th flush is due this weekend.

I am contemplating these ayurvedic treatments - which cost a huge amount - and bowen therapy for the time being.
