Some of you have been going through this for 15 years? Good god. I just did a colonic last week and and a Liver Flush at the same time. And yes I'm hurting to say the least.


I have gotten rid of my fatigue mostly at least.
But my anxiety is through the roof. Time for another vit c enema I guess.
