Hey Cheryl I did a search and found Somers recipe for the cilantro pesto that is good for heavy metal detox.

Make this pesto and eat a tablespoon a day for 2-3 weeks to detox heavy metals! People have their urine tested and IT WORKS! VERY tasty on virtually anything--I love it on salads, soups, big thick slices of ripe tomato or just sliced medallions of chicken breast.

1/2 c. raw almonds
2 c. packed cilantro
3 big cloves garlic
flax or olive oil (about 7T)
big pinch Sea Salt
lemon juice to taste

WHIZZZZZ in the blender til a fine paste (pesto) and enjoy!
