Some have also used apple cider vinegar as a throat wash. Dilute apple cider vinegar with some water and a pinch of cayenne. Hold in throat for however long then spit out the gunk.
I would use a weak mixture at first. or exclude the cayenne at first.

You can swallow a little ACV as forbetterorworse suggested.


Spraying Colloidal Silver 10ppm in ear, nose throat may get some relief. Doxy or Colloidal Silver reduce the bacterial load too. I read somewhere that NASA is now picking up Colloidial Silver.
