It is major freedom for me from the life long complusion of overeating.. I, too at about day 18 walked through a bakery and smelled the cakes etc.. and they did not smell good, they smelled like non-food ... and I have only a couple samples since. Entenmann's and Haagen Daz used to be daily fare for me.. not any longer...
By doing the two MCs, I am able to see me becoming a raw foodie... an impossibility before.
There is freedom in doing this cleanse.
After the cleanse is the very best part!!
