Colloidal gold is good for healing the skin. I bought some from energold 200PPM and it even came with a handy atomizer that sprays a fine mist. It would be great for spraying the wound a few times a day.

DMSO watered down solution is also good for wounds like yours.

those are my first two reccomendations.
