Ok, so how did you keep your apartment clean? What do you do with the mattress and all your clothes?

What essential oils do you recommend? My skin is pretty sensitive so i don't know if i can use them without getting amy allergic reaction..

Btw did you get any red rashes on your face and itchiness on your ear when you were infected?

And i did not change house like you, im still living in the house i did since 15 years ago
