Before getting seb derm, did you ever eat sea food?

If so, how often. Say, per week?

I have seb derm and I basically never ate sea food in my life.

I'm about to embark on a diet rich in fish (mainly salmon) to see if it has any effect whatsoever on my condition.

Anyway, I was just wondering if not eating sea food is a common factor among all of us with Seb Derm.
