Invictus, you can try Moringa. I take it myself, and it's amazing.

Here's some information on it :

Researchers are calling Moringa the most nutrient rich plant on earth. India's ancient tradition of Ayurveda says the leaves of the Moringa tree prevent 300 diseases. It has been shown to be beneficial for anti-aging, weight control, digestion, eye health, bone health, cell integrity, boosting the immune system & body metabolism, helping to flush out body toxins, and providing numerous other health benefits.

Moringa contains 18 amino acids, properly sequenced and in the optimal ratios, including all nine essential amino acids. It contains 90+ all-natural nutrients, including 46 anti-oxidants and 36 anti-inflammatory compounds, making it the world's richest natural nutritional supplement. Moringa oleifera leaves are a good source of quality protein and dietary fiber. It is a wonderful source of bioavailable vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, macro minerals, trace minerals and phytonutrients.

Also you might try eating/drinking raw eggs (or very lightly boiled). They help heal the adrenals. I eat 3-4 raw eggs a day.

Start off low and slow in the beginning, to test whether these are compatible with you, at your stage of AF.
