Thank you all for responding now I understand low carb is a good way to go for gi issues but as far as the candida diet it is very strict. Just a recap for you all this is every test that I have had and what they have checked for colonoscopy with biopsy all normal endoscopy with biopsy all normal slight form of duedonal ulcer took Prilosec for that stool test for giardia entoameba ova and parasite. Comprehensive stool test checked fat bacteria in stool fibers all in normal range h pylori blood test negative urine test all normal no candida found in stool or urine sample nor in colon or endoscopy biopseys multiple blood test all in normal range allergy test to wheat and yeast both negative tested for celiac disease blood and biopsey negative. Tested for lymes disease and mycoplasma. Mycoplasma was high. Medical doctors seem to disregard this. Waiting on vitamin test results. Now in my mind I believe iv acquired a parasite. The only reason I'm skeptical of candida is because I have no thrush or rash or jock itch or fungal nail infection. And my diet before this happened was mostly decent high protein lots of vegetables and carbs as we worked In 137 degree weather every day. I was very active and sweated all the time which I know is good against candida.
