Thanks cautious guinea pig for your recommendation.

I am taking 30000 iu x 2. I have noticed that I can stretch my right hip lying down without the same restriction or pain radiating from the painful spot. My bad right knee is also less bothersome.

What is PQQ? I have not heard of it. I have not tried lymph glandular? It may be the next thing I try because of inflamed lymph nodes on neck and right groin.
