When you say you eat sausages, bacon and cured meats, can you give us more information on what other ingredients, beside meat are in those products.
Many sausages, where I live, contain additives like white Sugar , dextrose, sulfites , nitrates , nitrites , benzoates , sorbates , taste enhancing additives like glutamate etc.
Can you read the ingredients on the cured meats you are consuming, and write it all here ?
