Albendazole used for systemic escape ones on the first place including in the brain if you have any (very rare). While say mebendazole only really works in GI and IMO it's somewhat weak to do a real damage. Some will die and others who are more resistant or if you under-dosed might flee.

Albendazole is way better (it's more potent and works everywhere) compared to humanworm and it has a scientific evidence backing. The idea to use herbs after such drug is to 'finish them off' that's if you believe in herbs since they have a weak backing.
