Yes, yes, yes to ALL OF THESE THINGS. Holy cow. So the worst part about the insomnia symptom is that for many of us, the Mirena is inserted after the birth of a child, so it's easy to ignore/downplay the insomnia because you expect to be sleepless with an infant. My insomnia got dramatically worse around the 3 year mark of having my Mirena, although I've never slept well since having my son.
I've had thyroid tests. I have had a sleep study that I'm still waiting a month later for the results of, but after reading this thread and others I know, KNOW that Mirena is a factor. Everything you're describing, from the aches and the fogginess and moodiness. Man, that's all happening to me! I felt like I was literally going crazy. I keep asking my doctor if it could be hormonal because I notice it's always worse at the beginning of the month (I don't have periods because of the Mirena, but I can only assume it relates to my cycle), but she said the Mirena should level out my hormones. Every single night, I take Ambien or Trazodone and wear earplugs. On a good night I get more than 5 hours of sleep, but I still have plenty of nights where I'm up 4 or more times. Without sleeping pills, I wake up about every 20 minutes which means I feel like I never sleep.

With the exception of during my pregnancy, I've never experienced insomnia in my life. And the anxiety is totally new to me. I love sleeping! I'm as laid back as they come, so all of this is just...insane! I'm having mine out five days, and I hope I get some relief soon.
