I recently applied for a new job and I know I'm stupid, but I get myself in such a panic over it that it is affecting my thyroid levels. Would an extra boost in Iodine help with this or should I increase my Nature Throid temporarily? I can tell because my temp is 97, I'm freezing and I'm totally stressing out over small things.
