We had black mold and the contractor replaced the sheet rock and insulation then he sprayed it with something or rather the name escapes me, this stuff kills all spores black mold and he sealed the area with Red Guard The carpet in family room was removed all fabric furniture tossed. We also had dry fog again safe for pets and people, of course you will not be there sitting on the sofa with Fido while they release the Dry Fog.

It seems that no matter what we did or tried. I was feeling sick, maybe there are some people that won't react to remediated house but I sure did I felt so sick within two month. I moved out in flash .
