Extreme Negativism about Iodine is rampant on the internet because people took Iodine by itself, and then wonder why they got sick, developed Hashi or a large number of additional symptoms. The answer is simply ignorance squared. They don't know what they don't know & feel smart. This even includes doctors who tell patients to take Iodine without the required co-supplements!

The co-supplements recommended by Dr. Brownstein are ESSENTIAL to prevent thyroid damage (Selenium) Also required to get iodine into our cells and the toxins of fluoride, bromide & chlorine out of our cells. In addition, Dr, Brownstein requires a salt flush procedure & a pulse dosing procedure when detox symptoms appear. He has successfully treated many thousands of patients with iodine.

Required Co-Supplements:
- REAL salt
- Vitamin C
- Magnesium
- ATP Cofactors ( Vitamin B2 & B3 )

Iodine without selenium:
Selenium is Required to absorb iodine - Interactions between selenium & iodine

About toxins taking over every cell in our body:
