good info....the sprouting sounds good....can U elaborate on not being better....was it bad diet before...?
i would add to this....infra red lite bulb..(on ebay)test basil body temp under arm....if low,,try some armour thryoid...
thyroid is everything..U cant be well unless U fix it....get the acu-pen..its awesome and raises body voltage and energy big time...
and people..u gotta get off all drugs...& FLUORIDE..its no1 poison and cause of disease b/c it shuts down thyroid..which controls all metabolism....
