Hi, your symptoms and mine match pretty much completely.

Few questions,

Is your smell worse after a bowel movement?

Is your smell worse depending on what type of bowel movement you have? With me if i have diarhea i cant even go out the door cos i smell like the type of bowel movement i have.

Do you have painful/Non painful internal hemmorhoids?

If so this could be a possibility

Also you talk about the never ending wiping, is there a chance you are missing a bit or not going deep enough and the smell if intensifying due to the sweating then seeping out?
