great video but I think Water Fasting to change your diet is still useful. I've water fasted in the past and kept the weight off by eating low fat vegan cooked foods afterwards, I then got a new negative partner who pushed me to eat meat, dairy etc, and the weight came back. But if you follow a low fat vegan diet afterwards the weight from fasting will stay off and of course surround yourself with supportive people.
