Violien here`s my thought about what is needet in cell level for detox:

So many things affect to proper detoxification, i really believe many people are missing enough magnesium and sulfur, if those are too low the the detox proces goes in slow mode IMHO, also glutathione is needet ( NAC ), i tend to have some doubts about the magnesium levels people have, as it`s not easy task nor fast to correct a major defiency if believe in oral magnesium suplements..remember also that as someone just show it, fluoride kill`s magnesium. And heating is not good for sulfur compounds ..

Sulfur makes cell membranes more pliable allowing for improved oxygen transport to the cell and improved waste transport from the cell- so sulfur would definitely help anyone to remove toxins from the body. Sulfur helps us regenerate all of our cells so we can heal from the inside, out.

and sadly those very same ,magnesium & sulfur is missing quite a lot in todays food, or what ever crap people put in their mouth...so this all leads to big amount of toxic crap build up inside the cell...

And just generally i think we need lots of all minerals % trace elements in right non toxic form to kick out bad stuff from cell.( i use terramin clay for getting wide range of different minerals & traces)

and the usual cleaners also:

Alpha lipoic acid
NAC
Cilantro
L-CARNOSINE ( like 4000-5000mg x 2 dayly)
Vitamin c
selenium
Chorella
Spirulina
Clay baths
Boron
Gold (Ok not very usual)
Silver (Ok not very usual)
iodine
+the vitamins

But really, magnesium and sulfur is the 2 very critical minerals for proper detoxification IMO, so make sure there`s plenty of those. Iodine is also critical of cource for removing halogens.
