thanks for your reply! it does make sense to avoid swamping your immune system with unneeded toxins.. i would never eat something visibly moldy, i was more talking about foods that are supposedly no-nos due to their mold content...peanuts, pistachios, cashews, cheeses... foods without visible mold.
