i drive daily, to my childrens school, the store, the library..funny as i live in a major city with public tranportation! i have not had any issues with driving in that i am too tired however i need to go downtown chicago every week and for 4 months had my mother going with me as i was anxious and could never explain why, jsut having her there was a blessing. i also drive 1-2 times ayear from illinois to oklahoma (my home state) to see family. this year we did not do this due to a surgery in my family. i was dreading this trip however due to the food issues i would fac e on the road (allergies) and back home. i did 2 years ago have a panic attack when my hubs was driving and a semi -in my mind- got too close. iHe was very concerned about me when i freaked out in the passenger seat..my children seems bothered by my severe nervious reaction. so i drove the entire trip from that point on and back to illinois. i am lucky i have family near by to help should this crop up again for me.
