This may be kind of long so bear with me.

I have been super stressed out for about 2 years straight.

About 2 years ago I started noticing symptoms that were really weird. Withdrawl from people, slurred speech when confronting somebody, anxiety, hypoglycemia, dizzy upon standing fast, muscle pain, social anxiety, hesitant speech, fatigue and extreme depression. Stress causes immediate brain fog and I become exhausted right away.

I had no idea where any of this came from. I am in great shape physically. My bodyfat is right at 9%, I eat very clean and 6 times a day.

My body craves stimulants and I seem to urinate about 25x's a day.

Anyway, fast forward. I have been looking frantically to find a solution. I figured I had hypothyroidism so I bought some Raw Thyroid by Natural Sources.

I took 1 pill a day and felt extreme weakness in my muscles and my heart pounded and hurt. I read online that a thyroid medicine will do this to you if you have a LOW cortisol level. The thyroid medicine did lift my brain fog and Depression though.

So hear I am trying to figure out if my adrenals are tapped and my cortisol is low or high?

Or is my thyroid messed up too? Last doc visit my thyroid was ok. My insurance is crappy and I really can't drop 400 on blood work right now. So I am trying to find answers.

Should I stop the Raw Thyroid immediately? (I hate to because it fixed the Depression and brain fog)
