Enema my friend, enema... You don't want those toxins to recirculate. Plain water, and then coffee enema will help big time. Also, take activated charcoal (but in good amount, not the shitty dosage most supplement companies recommend). During hardcore die off symptoms -like life threatening ones-, i've taken up to 1Tbsp 5 times a day.

PS: when heavy die off occur, you want to eat as light as possible in order to help the elimination organs do their job. Vegetable juices are best in those cases.
