Have you ever used granulated lecithin as an emulsifier for creams? I want to mix up some magnesium chloride in a lotion for my daughter. The first batch I tried just mixing some in some lotion and ended up just separating and looking like cottage cheese. I found some recipes online that use emulsifying wax. I was hoping to just pick up some lecithin granules at my local natural foods shop rather than special ordering the emulsifying wax. I have bees wax, but I was thinking as long as the lecithin was organic I'd be ok.
