I found out with the help os friend lipshitz that I might have candida!

I really think a white tongue is a really a big candida possibility!

I don't have any pain cleaning my tongue too! My mouth is pretty normal, I think it's because I have good a hygiene, but remember, the people don't use to brush the tongue and it's aways red, white tongue it's aways a problem from the inside, it's like cleaning the door but the entire house is dirt!

That's when licking become the cause, licking is a way to spread the candida that's inside the mouth to the lips

If you have any other healthy problems is better take a good look about this possibility
