Thanks for the link to the supplement guide. That is exactly what I've been looking for. The whole thing about how the thyroid absorbs Iodine causing a higher TSH is a little over my head to have a discussion with my doctor about. All I know for sure is I'm not taking additional synthroid. I will be sticking with Iodoral, Sea Salt and my supplements!
