On my new free Cd I have the Christopher Pregnancy news letters, there are none finer! You would also do well to read his womans book and childhood disease book.

I suggest 3 tablespoons of lecithin daily as well as deworming and taking the hormone and pica herbs, etc. And drink red paspberry tea, all the same goes for DAD as well. IF you have metal in your teeth, do not try.
