Your free T3 is right at the halfway mark. It's better in the top third of the range, even better right at the top.
T4 may be low because of the iodine. I think I saw that in one of Dr. Abraham's papers, but I could be wrong.
If you're not taking vit D, you need to. Maybe 8,000 iu but re-test in 3 months. It can take awhile for levels to come up.
You could use some B12 to get the level over 1000. I'm generous with B12 and would recommend the Jarrow 5 mg methylcobalamin, but in truth you might only need 2-3 mg.
If you're bone tired, you might get iron testing done. Serum iron, TIBC with saturation, and ferritin. Desirable iron >90, saturation 35-45%, ferritin 70-90. You need iron and cortisol to get thyroid hormone into your cells.
