Well, my story is too long to get into fully here but I have some questions I wanted to ask people here.

On top of my usual candida leaky gut type symptoms I have been having severe allergies (tight chest, shortness of breath, very itchy eyes, sinusitis, mixed with major! fatigue and gut pain/discomfort. It gets better after I go to the bathroom and really clean out. Is this proof of leaky gut?

All my health issues seem to get better after a good bowel movement.

Do I need to cut out all carbs to get a hold of this?
my diet is already pretty solid but not curing me.

I've been very ill for 13years with something that I think is candida and leaky gut after being exposed to toxic mold for only 2weeks. I was VERY VERY ill for years. it has been changing on me over the years as I change my diet and supplements etc.

I take pau darco, golden seal, vsl3 probiotics and a ton of other stuff. I'll have a week where I feel clearer and more energy and think I am maybe getting better then BAM, very ill for a while etc. I am never ever normal but it goes up and down.

I am at a loss and now very afraid of the future and have lost most hope.

Any help/advice would be great.
