There is no "normal" experience, as everyone is different. Some get constipated, others have loose stools or diarrhea, when they are fighting the same parasite.

What is normal, is for you to be experiencing what is "abnormal" for you. This is probably a good sign, and just something you have to get through. You have changed the environment for the parasite(s), and stirred things up in there. Getting out strange stuff is a good thing. Sounds like you have some type of worm, candida or a combination, and possibly like the other person suggested, multiple parasites.

It might help to do some enemas and help move things along and out. Keeping the colon clean and moving is a major part of a successful parasite cleanse. I occasionally take LBB or warm water with fresh lemon juice to help when I feel congested, both work well for me. If you have parasites, they congest your colon, making it an evnironment they thrive in, and this can also produce the loose stools you are experiencing.
