I know how frustrating and hurtful this all can be, constantly.

In your case I think you should get checked for tmau, you never know.
OR it could be fungal. Fungal infections/ bacterial overgrowths can cause very strong odors. I suggest you get a hydrogen breath test done. and go on the CANDIDA diet! IMMEDIATELY. it is extremely strict and it takes A LOT OF time but i really, really suggest this!
