I am making a switch here..cough, the worms do not like the peroxide and due to my experience this morning I will take the herbs first, wait, one hr,, eat then one hr, or even afternoon drink the peroxide..why I am afraid they will disseminate.
They started acting up 30 minutes after the peroxide and I thought yikes, maybe I should get the herbs in first..let it go through the system and then use the peroxide later.

Again I think it is best for me to even do these in isolation...I can't afford anymore to be on the run...but I promise they do not like it...I feel like I have stopped up lymphs right now and now I have to jump rope to get things unclogged... my rebounder is broken and gosh they sure cost a lot today. Cellisciser and needok's, ... too costly even used ones.


Last post...geez, I need to take it one step at a time..don't need any more bombs going off mixing stuff.
