In general people skip the 2 supplements she suggests. Her flush is good but don't stop drinking water after 2 pm. A lot of people felt dehydrated or had nausea, so most people follow Andreas Moritz suggestion and drink water till 20 min before the Epsom Salts and again 20 min after.
